Because planning a wedding is a big deal and there are no do-overs when it comes to getting it right. We will go out of our way to exceed your expectations! We take great pride in being the best. Just like you hire professionals (doctors, carpenters, electricians, etc) for other areas in your life, planning a wedding is no different and you should hire an expert to help you plan and manage the details of the best day of your life. We know the ins and outs and behind the scenes of venues and can suggest places and ideas you might not have heard of before! We know places that would suit your budget and can save you a LOT of googling and phone calls and can negotiate pricing on your behalf.




WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOU AND A VENUE COORDINATOR?


I'm so happy you asked! A wedding coordinator at a venue and a wedding planner are two completely different jobs. In a nutshell, from our experience, your venue coordinator is responsible for overseeing the set-up, food and beverage, and logistics as it relates directly to the venue. An outside wedding planner is completely focused on you and will coordinate and manage ALL logistics and design details with your entire wedding team.

A great wedding planner will not only make YOUR life easier and stress-free when it comes to planning your wedding but will also streamline and simplify the jobs of your entire vendor team (including your venue coordinator!). This allows each vendor to bring their A game to your wedding and results in wedding amazingness for all. 😊

WHEN DO I GET TO MEET MY COORDINATOR?


Once you secure your coordinator, we will schedule an intital call to go over all of the details of your big day. We will discuss vendor suggestions, organization tools and our line of constant support. We will also schedule a venue walkthrough to get to know a better layout of the day!




WILL MY PLANNER WORK ALONE OR WITH ASSISTANTS ON MY WEDDING DAY?


Your planner will be the go-to point person on your wedding day, but will likely bring at least one assistant with them the day of your wedding, possibly two in order to ensure that your day unfolds flawlessly. The number of assistants will depend on the package that you choose.




HOW MUCH INVOLVEMENT WILL MY PLANNER HAVE?


As much or as little as you want them to have! Your planner’s level of involvement depends on the event planning package you reserve and your personal preferences. Some clients will have every detail planned out and are just looking for a planner to execute their vision, and some clients want to sit back and let their planner take care of everything for their wedding day. We work with clients at both ends of the spectrum (and anywhere in between) personalizing our service to your needs.




CAN YOU WORK WITHIN MY BUDGET?


Absolutely! While we know that no two weddings are alike, we also that budgets can range. We are here for you and your fiance and want to make sure you can get a coordinator to help you throughout the process. If you give us a budget, we are happy to create your custom package that works best for you!




I JUST GOT ENGAGED! WHERE DO I START?


1. First off, congratulations! Slow down this time and enjoy the excitement of being with your now FIANCE!!! and take in this new journey! 2. Start reaching out to wedding planners. A lot of venues require one, and we can help guide you through the whole process including the next steps listed below! (Also, a venue coordinator is almost always different to a wedding planner) 3. Write a draft guest list to get a better idea of what size venue you will be looking for. This will also help while determining your budget. 4. Sit down with your fiance and decide on your list of top priorities for your wedding day! This is very important in the planning process! 5. Determine your budget. What is your ideal budget and what is the absolute maximum that you can definitely not cross no matter what? 6. Plan the rest! Your timetable and order of what to do next will depend on the wedding you’re creating!




WHERE DO YOU PLAN EVENTS? DO YOU TRAVEL?


While we are based out of the Central Florida area, we have planned weddings spanning from Colorado down to the Florida Keys! We are happy to travel near and far for your big day to make sure everything goes as smoothly as you've planned it to be!




DO YOU WORK WITH LGBTQ+ COUPLES?


Absolutely! We love LOVE in all sizes, shapes, and forms! Trust us, we know it's uncomfortable to even have to ask this question, so let's get right to the fun details of your big day and your new best friends! We are inclusive and celebrate all love stories. ALL love is welcome here, and our goal is always to make our couples feel loved, comfortable, and like a priority no matter what race, sexuality, gender, ethnicity, religious or political beliefs, etc.




DO YOU WORK WITH COUPLES THAT DON'T LIVE IN THE AREA?


Yes! We offer video calls in place of some of your in-person planning meetings so we can stay on track while still having that in person experience. Our clients benefit from our custom planning tools that keep you on track with your wedding related tasks so when you do have a trip in town you can maximize your time. We understand how worrying it can be planning your wedding from a different location, so we work hard to make sure the process is enjoyable and stress-free.




WILL I LOSE CONTROL OF MY WEDDING IF I HIRE A COORDINATOR?


This is unfortunately a big misconception of hiring a planner. You absolutely still have control over your big day! Your wedding is YOUR event, not ours. We are there to help and guide you through the planning process, not to take over. We will give you as much or as little help as you want.




HOW DO YOU DETERMINE WHICH VENDORS WORK BEST FOR MY EVENT?


We tailor all vendor referrals to fit the specific client based on their style, personality, and budget. After meeting with you and getting to know more about you and your wedding, we send you vendor referrals that are selected especially for YOU! Our goal is to bring your vision and event to life, so we will do everything we can to bring those vendors together and give you the event of a lifetime!
