THE ESTATE

Nestled in the heart of Central Florida, the Estate gives you the loping countryside wedding of your dreams. Rolling hills, an equestrian stable with an adjoining bridal suite, and 100+ year oak trees line the landscape for a fairytale farm wedding. Where rustic chic and elegance meet, The Estate is less than 10 miles from Downtown Mt. Dora's shops, restaurants, and waterside charm.

What's included with my rental?

With every venue rental, you will receive:

  • Bridal suite access 2 hours prior to ceremony

  • Parking attendants for guests

  • Parking shuttle for guests

  • Standard tables and chairs (for up to 100 guests)

  • Use of property for engagement photo sessions

  • Choice of ceremony location

  • Market lights under barn throughout property (trees, pergola, etc.)

  • Use of venue for one-hour rehearsal (scheduled 30 days prior to event)

  • Variety of lawn games for your guests

Insurance Requirements

We require you to provide a certificate of insurance that covers your event. Your vendors must also provide a certificate of insurance.  We require $1M general aggregate / $1M per occurrence including property damage. We recommend privateeventinsurance.com or wedsafe.com. The policy will cost approximately $175 and can be purchased up to 24 hours before your event. Please have a copy of the policy sent directly to your private event manager.

The Estate is located on 56 beautiful acres that are also home to over 40 Black Angus Cattle, a few horses and our resident Donkey, Naz. This means there will be the possibility of moo’s, brays, and whinneys throughout the day. This also means that children should never be left unattended around animals or machinery. Need a quick selfie?? Just ask! We will do our best to get our four-legged friends to help.

What does "Working Farm" Mean?

Alcohol Policy

The renter is permitted to supply all alcoholic beverages to a licensed and insured bartender to serve during the event. All alcoholic beverages must be served by a licensed and insured vendor who has a million-dollar liquor liability policy. Ask your coordinator for insurance specifics.
