Jacleen and Noah’s love story began as it’s own adventure. From meeting at a crew party while both working on a Disney cruise line in 2017 to getting engaged at the top of Diamondhead Mountain in Hawaii, their adventurous times together never end.
Let’s Talk Inspiration
Jacleen was displaced in Mexico attractions in EPCOT at Disney World during the Flower and Garden Festival. For those of you who haven’t been to Disney, the ramp that leads to the Mexico pyramid is lined with the most beautiful magenta and purple orchids. She was stationed to work on that ramp a few times a week, and would stare at them in amazement at their beauty. She knew that they would be her wedding flowers and we went from there!
They visited a few venues, but ultimately wanted to make sure their wedding didn’t shout “FLORIDA!” When we visited The Howey Mansion in Howey-in-the-Hills, it took them out of Florida and back to a different place and time. It was the most gorgeous structure and they knew this would be their venue. (Insert Front of Venue Photo After This Paragraph)
Onto Wedding Day!
From the first time we met Jacleen at a bridal expo here in Florida, we knew we’d hit it off! When asked what made her choose our team, she said, “They were very approachable and seemed so down to earth and just plain FUN! I loved that they had an option to just have them coordinate the day-of, as I didn’t need a planner for the whole wedding. They are the absolute best and we couldn’t have had the amazing day we did without them!!” Noah was skeptical about using a day-of wedding coordinator, but after their wedding day was over, he couldn’t stop raving over how amazing it was to have one and how smooth and flawless everything went! “They truly made our day flow smoothly and were there for us throughout the entire day, always two steps ahead of us so we didn’t have to worry about anything at all!”
The memories were being made from the moment they stepped on property, but their favorite was right after the ceremony when Noah and Jacleen got to sit in the library mansion by themselves to enjoy some appetizers and drinks and truly take in their first moments as HUSBAND AND WIFE (ahhhh!!) before joining their family and friends. We always suggest our couples take a few minutes out of their day to truly take it all in, so seeing our couples love this time makes everything more magical!
For Future Couples
While everyone had an amazing time, Jacleen and Noah wanted to share one major tip for future couples in the wedding planning process:
“Take time to reconnect with each other! Take time out of the planning to go on a date or do something that doesn’t involve any wedding talk! Wedding planning can be super stressful and taxing on your relationship because it’s not something that is a normal everyday thing, and having that escape from the planning stress can be your saving grace!“
